Project:	Reading Housing Authority Renovations to Oakbrook and Sylvania Homes
Description:	$6.3 million prime mechanical contract awarded to GMI First for the replacement of old boiler system with individual boilers and installation of radiant heat in each of the 656 units in the Oakbrook and Sylvania Housing Complexes.
Comments:	This was a 24 month schedule project that GMI First completed in 13 months. This job was a great success for all involved.
