Heating and Air Conditioning

GMI First, Inc. has been very successful over the past decade with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems throughout Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Lancaster, Schuylkill, Chester and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. The installations include new homes anywhere from 1,500 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. We also have done numerous projects including apartment complexes, comdominiums, townhouses,cottages and age restricted housing communities.

GMI First uses state of the art software to size new and existing homes for equipment, allowing the customer to get the best job. This includes a complete airflow analysis for each job. GMI First also is available to new home customers to do a walkthrough to designate furniture layouts to allow vents to be located in unobtrusive places.

Electrical

The GMI First residential electrical team is an excellent example of the company's success. Started by owner Greg Sarangoulis over a decade ago, he still is impressed by the growth of this division, as well as the growth in the entire company. Rumors state that every now and then Greg has been seen with the tool belt on working in the field and having fun with this group. A number of the men have been with the division since the company started, making for a great team.

GMI First does an electrical walkthrough with the customer for every house that we wire. The homes average from 1500 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. GMI First also installs wiring for security, telephone, television, data, fire alarm, or whatever is needed electrically for the homeowner's satisfaction.

The GMI First residential plumbing team has enjoyed steady growth over the years to become a leader in the industry. Their experience insures that the builder, as well as the homeowner receives a quality job.

Our team installs water and sewer services, sump pumps, water heaters, fixtures, and the list goes on and on - everything to meet your plumbing needs. From traditional to more unique designs, no job is too big or too small. As part of service, we evaluate each job individually to insure that the customer's desired results are met.
